After doing a particularly small amount of research into the concept of a Made in Britain logo, it was evident that there has a been quite a hype around it in recent years. 2011 saw a competition launch to design a logo that would signify a products' manufacture in the UK.

Although it was slightly disheartening, (as I assumed it may have been an idea that was yet to be exploited) the initial reasoning behind the logo was that its function was to be within the fashion market.

With this in mind I feel the logo needs to be heavily stripped down compared to the winning logo pictured below. Especially as alot of high-end UK fashion would hopefully want to embrace the idea, it would need to take on more of a symbol form.
